We operate two ways. When we take a control position, we underwrite the business ourselves and stay operationally involved after close — the same people who did the diligence work the deal. When we advise, we bring that same discipline to raising capital or running a sell-side process for companies, sponsors, and search funds who need more than an introduction.

That only works with a small team. Staying small is deliberate — it keeps us closer to every business we back or advise than a larger platform would allow.
