Who this is for
Funds — including ELTIFs — that need independent, conflict-free diligence and deal sourcing on debt investments, and don't want to build that function in-house for every deal. Our current focus is term loans and convertible debt, typically €2–3M per deal, across IT, property, and financial services, primarily in Europe with a path into the US via UK or Irish structuring.
This is a service engagement, not a co-investment. Nexterra is not on the other side of the deal — independence is the basis of the relationship, which is also why conflict screening is treated as its own formal step, not folded into another workstream.

Engagement model
Engagements are structured as a retainer, plus a per-engagement fee for diligence work and a separate sourcing fee where Nexterra also originates the deal. Exact terms are scoped per relationship — reach out and we can work through what fits.
