Nexterra Capital (“Nexterra,” “we,” “us”) is registered in the Republic of Ireland, Company No. 729238, and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM – CBI00515696). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

We collect personal data you provide directly to us through the contact form and the investors portal request-access form on this site: name, email address, phone number, firm or organization, website, investor type, and the contents of your message. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. A theme preference (light or dark mode) may be stored in your browser’s local storage — this stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate investment or partnership opportunities you raise with us, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, and, where you submit an investment or partnership inquiry, to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement.

Form submissions are stored via Airtable, a third-party data processor, for our internal record-keeping. We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties except where required by law or regulatory obligation as a Central Bank of Ireland–regulated entity.

We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to satisfy our regulatory record-keeping obligations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to request a copy in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
